Responsibilities

- Mentor innovation teams and foster culture of rapid prototyping
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present breakthrough concepts to investors and industry consortiums
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and case studies
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in tech leadership with proven innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conferences
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio of commercialized innovations or patents
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
