Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum products
- Expertise in federated learning and decentralized infrastructure design
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on tech innovation
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
