- Mentor 15+ engineers and data scientists through agile development sprints

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven quantum/AI innovation track record
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on next-gen computing
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
