Responsibilities

- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging scientific paradigms
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and investor pitches
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with futures methodology and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two commercially deployed futuristic technologies
