Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with 2026 market potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board
- Drive organizational adoption of future-focused technologies through change management frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience building and managing global innovation ecosystems
