Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven automation and quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications for R&D teams
- Present strategic technology visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact on business outcomes
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge toolchains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching future-focused tech initiatives (blockchain, AI, quantum)
- Deep expertise in emerging technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for communicating complex futuristic concepts
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
