- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead research initiatives in emerging domains: quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, and climate tech
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused capabilities into core offerings
- Author white papers and thought leadership positioning Innovatech as a 2026 technology authority
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technologies
- Mentor junior researchers and build a world-class futurist team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proven track record of launching 3+ disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption forecasting
- Fluency in quantum computing frameworks and generative AI architectures
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or corporate innovation grants
