Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ with emphasis on quantum AI and neurotech integration
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across emerging fields (synthetic biology, quantum networks, AGI governance)
- Design innovation frameworks to preempt market disruption and identify first-mover advantages
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Produce executive briefings on technology convergence points and regulatory implications
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national research labs
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track emerging technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting or disruption analysis
