Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic briefings to board members and venture partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and adoption milestones
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Track record of launching at least two market-defining innovations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
