Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/Nature preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes (US/EU/Asia focus)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D and commercial divisions
