Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map technology paradigms beyond 2025 through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping future-proof solutions for enterprise clients
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and labs to incubate next-gen technologies
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive tech shifts affecting global markets
- Author thought leadership positioning InnovateNext as the 2026 technology authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural tech, decentralized systems, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (post-2020 innovations)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
