Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions in quantum computing and AI
- Analyze emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal incubation programs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation leadership
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two transformative tech initiatives
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technology ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong public speaking experience at global technology forums
- Published author in peer-reviewed technology or foresight journals
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
