Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen user experiences and business models
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess market viability
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and manage a network of academic and industry partnerships for collaborative R&D
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in augmented reality and decentralized systems
- Mentor junior researchers in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in launching technology initiatives with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or bio-integrated systems
- Exceptional data modeling skills for trend analysis and scenario planning
- Experience presenting complex technological concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred) for prototyping
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
