Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-neural hybrid systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Quantum Computing, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech (2020-2023)
- Deep expertise in at least two: neuromorphic chips, molecular nanotech, or climate AI
- Proven track record of patent portfolios with 10+ granted innovations
- Experience securing DARPA/EPA grants for experimental projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
