Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with societal trends and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs worldwide
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite executives and investors with data-driven impact projections
- Author thought leadership papers on ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech scaling
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureTech Accelerator program
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market deployment
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
