Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030) and translate insights into strategic product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive landscape shifts
- Prototype and validate futuristic concepts using cutting-edge development tools
- Represent Horizon Labs at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor R&D teams in next-generation technology implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting or strategic planning for 2025+
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech companies
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
