Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, anticipating disruptive innovations across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with strategic business impact
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to secure first-mover advantages in emerging fields
- Create scenario-planning models for technological disruptions and their implications for industry verticals
- Design and implement governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system integration
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and futurists to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech convergence, or autonomous systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable strategic insights
