As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities. You'll shape product roadmaps, conduct horizon-scanning research, and present compelling insights to drive our 5-year strategic vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026+ innovations
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development pipelines
- Author strategic white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Build and manage a global network of industry futurists and academic partners
- Present quarterly technology roadmaps to the Board of Directors
- Mentor junior innovation strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (e.g., AGI, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Horizon Scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry forums
