Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of PhDs and industry veterans to patent 5+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present at Davos and UN summits to shape global tech policy
- Manage $50M R&D budget with 95% project success rate
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, CERN, and MIT Media Lab
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Quantum Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 15+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing at least 3 patented technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network architecture, and sustainable tech design
- Published in Nature/Science with 500+ citations in AI ethics or quantum computing
- Experience securing $100M+ in government and private innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, CES)
