Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ implementation across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies through rapid experimentation cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and assess market readiness
- Develop frameworks for ethical implementation of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate technology transfer from lab to market
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and commercializing innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Experience leading complex technology transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of global technology policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or product launches
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
