- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, Web3, and human-machine augmentation paradigms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present futurescape frameworks to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish thought leadership through industry whitepapers and conference keynotes
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Mentor next-gen talent in emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years tech foresight experience
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Deep familiarity with Web3, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to global deployment
