Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing)
- Establish ethical governance protocols for AI/ML systems with bias mitigation frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and national research institutions
- Present quarterly tech disruption briefings to Board of Directors and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation fund allocation for experimental projects
- Author industry-shaping white papers on sustainable tech transitions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent breakthrough experience)
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Expertise in technology lifecycle modeling and adoption curve forecasting
- Track record of launching commercialized deep-tech products >$100M ARR
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin/Japanese for global collaboration
