Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for 2026 technology initiatives, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Direct R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech solutions
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies and design thinking methodologies
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor landscapes to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or biotech integration
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Successful track record of launching innovative products with >$50M impact
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and innovation management
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation skills
