Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company's comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning IT infrastructure with business growth objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to forecast their impact on our industry and integrate them into our strategy.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the strategic budget for long-term R&D projects, ensuring optimal investment in high-impact technologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with corporate vision.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Strategy: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and platforms that will drive competitive advantage in 2026.
- Change Management: Lead digital transformation initiatives to prepare the organization for the technological shifts anticipated in the near future.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or IT consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current trends and anticipate the technological landscape of 2026.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, software development lifecycles, and emerging tech stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
