Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and sustainability goals
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, decentralized AI) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future tech visions into actionable product strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership content on tech evolution and its business implications
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product management, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps (minimum 3-year horizon)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
