Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in AI, quantum, or sustainability tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Experience with federal grant applications and policy advocacy
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic a significant plus
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 tech impact initiatives required
