Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems for 2026-era technologies including quantum-AI hybrids and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype futuristic solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across Fortune 500 clients
- Research and evaluate emerging paradigms (biocomputing, metaverse economics, AGI safety)
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Maintain competitive advantage through patent development and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in futuristic R&D
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent innovation portfolio)
- Fluency in at least three programming paradigms (quantum, functional, genetic)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks and AGI alignment principles
