- System Scalability: Build robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data flows and real-time neural interface processing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with product leads to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, biotech integration) and adapt our core infrastructure accordingly.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale projects.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and familiarity with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think 5-10 years ahead and define technical roadmaps that drive business growth.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
