Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying emerging trends like Generative AI and Edge Computing to be integrated into core products by 2026.
- Architectural Governance: Design scalable, high-performance system architectures that can withstand the demands of next-gen applications and massive user loads.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a dedicated research division to prototype and validate futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Security Experts to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Talent Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and fostering a forward-thinking engineering mindset.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Technical Director role.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future-Forward Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, Blockchain protocols, or Spatial Computing frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and strategic roadmaps.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
