Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital campaigns, web interfaces, and video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize visual styles and ensure brand consistency across all motion assets.
- Optimize animations for various platforms (Web, Mobile, Social Media) ensuring fast load times and compatibility.
- Create and maintain comprehensive style guides and asset libraries to streamline the production workflow.
- Present concepts and final animations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine the creative direction.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in motion design and animation technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, motion graphics, or animation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D animation, typography, and character design.
- Deep understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, easing) and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working in an agency or collaborative studio environment is highly preferred.
