Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product vision, focusing on Agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
- Design high-performance data pipelines for training and fine-tuning proprietary models.
- Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Partner with product management to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
