Qualifications

- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Experience publishing peer-reviewed research on AI ethics or philosophy of technology
- Strong background in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips)
