Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-focused technology role
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulatory landscape
- Experience conducting algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification) or equivalent
- Published research or practical experience in AI ethics frameworks
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tool development
