Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulations
- Lead audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development lifecycles
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for public-private AI governance initiatives
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry conferences and regulatory bodies
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, legal experts, and compliance officers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI ethics, data governance, or regulatory compliance with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- Published research or industry contributions on AI ethics
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIGP) strongly preferred
