Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Deep familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Proven track record influencing public policy through thought leadership
- Fluency in AI model architectures (transformers, generative systems)
