Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI, or related field with 5+ years governance experience

- Proven track record implementing ethical AI frameworks in tech environments
- Strong background in bias detection and algorithmic transparency techniques
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and autonomous systems governance
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
