This pivotal role ensures our AI innovations align with human values while driving competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
You'll architect governance policies for our generative AI systems, conduct bias audits, and lead cross-functional initiatives to embed ethical considerations into product lifecycles. Work directly with C-suite executives to define industry standards that balance innovation with accountability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across AI models
- Develop governance policies for generative AI deployment
- Train 500+ employees on responsible AI practices
- Partner with legal teams on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Establish stakeholder advisory board for ethical oversight
- Publish annual AI transparency reports
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance
- Expertise in bias detection/fairness metrics (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with generative AI governance (LLMs, diffusion models)
- Published research in AI ethics or related field
- Knowledge of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
