- Establish transparent explainability protocols for high-stakes AI decision engines
- Author industry whitepapers on AI ethics best practices for 2026 compliance
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation methodologies
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and adapt governance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible tech, or compliance leadership
- Proven experience developing ethical AI frameworks for enterprise deployments
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and algorithmic fairness techniques
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
