Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for 2026 product releases
- Develop compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Create transparency documentation for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in industry forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years implementing AI governance frameworks in regulated industries
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification, EU AI Act training)
- Experience with stakeholder communication for technical ethics concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating applied AI ethics implementations
