Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments for generative AI models and autonomous systems
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for AI transparency and explainability initiatives
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI ethics with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments and advise executive leadership on compliance strategies
- Author internal policies for responsible AI development and deployment lifecycle
- Represent InnovateTech at industry forums on AI ethics and governance best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for ML models and algorithmic fairness frameworks
- Proven track record developing organizational AI ethics policies and governance structures
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations including EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and state-level AI laws
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops on AI ethics and transparency
- Strong technical literacy in AI/ML development lifecycle and deployment methodologies
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, CSEP) or ethics (e.g., CEH) preferred
