Responsibilities

- Conduct algorithmic audits to identify and mitigate bias in machine learning systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycle
- Create transparency protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Advocate regulatory compliance with evolving AI governance standards (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Author thought leadership on responsible AI adoption for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Deep understanding of machine learning fairness metrics and bias detection techniques
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Strong ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Experience with AI development lifecycle (MLOps, data pipelines, model deployment)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
