As a key member of our Future Tech Council, you'll architect governance protocols for autonomous systems, conduct bias audits on machine learning models, and develop transparency frameworks for AI decision-making processes. You'll collaborate with quantum computing teams, neuro-engineering specialists, and regulatory futurists to establish industry-leading ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural networks
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on machine learning models using advanced statistical analysis
- Develop transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) in high-stakes decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with quantum computing and bio-AI researchers on ethical implications
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes (2026-2030) and adapt compliance strategies
- Create ethics-by-design blueprints for next-gen human-AI collaborative systems
- Author white papers on AI governance for industry conferences and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise in implementing bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and neuro-symbolic AI systems
- Strong background in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
