Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for machine learning
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI policies in production environments
