Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments for AI models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles
- Create transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Advocate for regulatory compliance in emerging AI legislation
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder workshops
- Monitor global AI ethics trends and update company policies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulations
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and policy development
- Proficient in Python for ethical auditing tools
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance preferred
