Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product releases
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Develop corporate policies on AI transparency, accountability, and human oversight
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align ethical standards with technical requirements
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes (e.g., EU AI Act, US federal guidelines)
- Create audit trails for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
