Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for AI systems using advanced analytical tools
- Lead cross-functional committees to establish ethical guidelines for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI legislation and industry standards
- Create transparent documentation processes for AI decision-making and model explainability
- Develop training programs to raise ethical awareness across engineering and product teams
- Represent the company in industry forums shaping AI policy and best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for machine learning systems
- Proven track record of developing AI ethics frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Familiarity with emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Experience with Python/R for ethical AI auditing and statistical analysis
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals highly valued
