- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on AI systems using advanced analytics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder engagements with regulators, NGOs, and industry coalitions
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement monitoring
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and standard-setting bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible tech, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in AI fairness metrics, bias mitigation, and regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience translating ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) highly valued
