As a key member of our Governance & Ethics Council, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ethical considerations throughout the AI lifecycle. You'll develop pioneering policies for generative AI, bias mitigation, and autonomous systems while representing our commitment to transparency and equity in high-stakes industry forums.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models across product lines
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on ethical AI adoption with engineering, legal, and policy teams
- Develop industry-leading transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Represent company in ethics-focused regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Create educational initiatives promoting ethical AI practices across the organization
- Oversee third-party AI vendor compliance with ethical standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and algorithmic fairness assessment
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience creating AI ethics policies for large-scale deployments
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or participation in ethics standard bodies
- Familiarity with quantum computing's ethical implications
