- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical compliance in AI operations
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory discussions
- Train development teams on responsible AI implementation practices
- Report ethical risks to executive leadership with mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, or compliance leadership
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Proven experience developing ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible Technology preferred
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics domains
- Experience influencing organizational culture around responsible innovation
