Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI ethics frameworks and governance protocols for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Conduct pioneering research on algorithmic bias mitigation and transparent AI decision-making processes
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, policymakers, and global tech consortiums
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI audits for client projects across healthcare, finance, and autonomous sectors
- Author industry-defining white papers and position Nexus Future Labs as the ethics thought leader
- Mentor next-generation researchers through our AI Ethics Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 8+ years in AI governance
- Proven track record publishing peer-reviewed research on algorithmic fairness and AI transparency
- Expertise in implementing ethics-by-design methodologies for complex AI systems
